Fort Smith Convention Center is a 40,000 square foot Convention Center space that subdivides into smaller break-out spaces and also includes a half dozen smaller meeting rooms. The 40,000 s.f. space can be used for meetings, concerts, sporting events, etc. The project also includes 55,000 s.f. of renovation of the older convention center built in the early 1960's. The existing auditorium space was completely renovated and updated into a performing arts theatre. The new portion of the structure attaches to an existing Holiday Inn Hotel.
